SCOPE:	Deconstruction of an existing four-storey 70,000 sq.ft. building, down to concrete structure. Seismically upgraded & additions built to accommodate today’s standards. Original building completed in 1945 by Smith Bros. & Wilson, Limited.

SPECIAL FEATURES:	LEEDS Silver Certification project. Structural additions using Bubble Deck and radiant heating/cooling mats in ceilings.
